Tracy Liebman is currently the office manager for JKRC Publishing and the Work Training Room at the Joseph Kohn Rehabilitation Center. She oversees all student projects that come in and out of the room such as Braille menus for local restaurants, publishing business cards for Commission Clients, distribution of I-Witness and some in-house projects for the JKRC like weekly menus for the cafeteria and student schedules in large print, braille and audio tape. She also occasionally assists in teaching Adaptive Technology.

Tracy is legally blind and started as a student at the JKRC in 1992. Shortly after, she went to work for United Parcel Service as a customer service representative using assistive technology to help her perform her job duties. In 1995 Tracy developed Acute Secondary Glaucoma that was not controllable for several years. In the time she was not able to work, she spent her time doing volunteer work with the elderly. She also volunteered for United Way of Central Jersey when she could as a receptionist doing light clerical work so she would not lose her skills.

In 2000 Tracy went back to work as an advertising coordinator and administrative assistant for RE/MAX. When her Glaucoma got worse, she came back to the JKRC as a student to attend the Bridge Program and see what was new in assistive technology. She enjoyed it so much that stayed on as a volunteer for eight months before joining De Witt and Associates in 2004. "This is the best job I have ever had because I feel that I can take everything I learned as a former client who is still losing her sight, and use it to help other people who are going through the same thing."
