Joseph Adamo joined De Witt &Associates in early 1998 as an Associate for Evaluation and Training. Now as a Senior Associate, he has prime responsibility as lead trainer for our state-wide AccessTech program funded under contract to the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. He has previous experience in small group training when he worked for the NJ Department of Labor’s State Employment Training Center where he taught basic computer skills, word processing and use of the Internet. Joe is certified as a Microsoft Office trainer and is expert in the use of Apple computers together with its integrated screen reader and screen magnifier software. He holds a degree from Thomas Edison State College. A significant portion of Joe’s time is devoted to technical support for the firm and training for our private clients. Joe brings a special focus to our work since he uses assistive technology to compensate for a significant hearing loss.
